Fuelcare Heating Services Boiler / central heating installation
Installation Areas
We are able to replace / install boilers in all areas except Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and East Anglia using Fuelcare's own engineers. In Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and East Anglia we refer installation work to our contractor in the region. We have a long relationship with this contractor who works to the same exacting standards as Fuelcare.
Installation Standards
All boilers will be replaced / installed to meet OFTEC (oil heating regulator) standards. We will additionally ensure that all relevant building regulations such as part L are fully complied with. After the boiler has been replaced / installed we will notify the local authority of the replacement/ installation. The local authority will subsequently send compliance certificates for use in the home information pack (HIP) scheme.
In red is the area we cover.   Condensing Boilers
Since the 1st April 2007 building regulations now require that a condensing boiler should be fitted, unless certain conditions mean that an exemption can be claimed. Condensing boilers offer fuel to heat conversion factors of over 90%, maximising your fuel usage, and minimising environmental impact.

Our engineers visit on site to provide an accurate no obligation estimate / quote before any work can commence. Acceptance of estimate / quote
If you wish to proceed with an installation we ask for 50% deposit to secure an appointment. Appointments are given typically within two months of the deposit.
Warranty

All boilers fitted will have a minimum 12 months warranty period. Some parts such as water jackets have extended warranty periods.
Additionally all boilers installed by Fuelcare will benefit from the protection of 2 years Gold Plan cover on the boiler, completely free of charge. You can rest assured that you will have to pay nothing further to maintain your heating system for 2 years.

We only install OFTEC approved boilers made by the best manufacturers in the business. Please speak to your engineer for more information about the boilers that will be right for your property.
