Oil Boiler / Cooker Breakdown Standards

Oil boiler / cooker breakdowns will only be attended by a Fuelcare engineer. We do not sub -contract work.
Engineers are trained to fault find on the oil boiler / cooker, and carry a huge range of spare parts. This enables our engineers to repair the oil boiler / cooker whilst on site. We aim to respond to oil boiler / cooker breakdowns on a next working day basis, giving the highest priority to Gold and Silver plan customers. The office is open to calls Monday to Friday during normal office hours, and additionally the phones are monitored 7 days a week 365 days a year.
Oil Boiler / Cooker Breakdown Guarantee
All parts fitted as part of a oil boiler / cooker breakdown will have a 12 month warranty. We guarantee to be able to fix all oil boiler / cooker breakdowns within two hours. If additional time on site is required (on the initial or any subsequent visits) you will not be charged for any time over the two hours.
