This World Wide Website (the "Site") is operated by Pace Petroleum Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts in England (No. 762360) and having its registered office at Burgan House, The Causeway, Staines, TW18 3PA ("Pace").  By accessing this website you consent to the following terms and conditions of use. The Site includes www.fuelcareheatingservices.co.uk. The Site may also contain information about, and details of products and services offered for sale by, subsidiary companies of Pace Petroleum Limited including Pace Fuelcare Limited (trading as Fuelcare, Fuelcare Local and Fuelcare Heating Services).
 
2. Intellectual Property
All materials within the Site and the underlying source code of the Site are the intellectual property of Pace. Such materials and code may not be copied or reproduced, save to the extent necessary to view the same on-line. However, you may print complete pages of the site to hard copy for your own personal use providing that such use is not for commercial gain.

Pace hereby grants you a non-exclusive personal licence to use the materials downloadable from the Site (the "Materials") subject always to the following conditions.
