You're in safe hands with Fuelcare Heating Services Breakdown Standards |
All breakdowns will only be attended by a Fuelcare engineer. We do not sub -contract work. Engineers are trained to fault find on the boiler, and carry a huge range of spare parts. This enables our engineers to repair the boiler whilst on site. We aim to respond to breakdowns on a next working day basis, giving the highest priority to Gold and Silver plan customers. The office is open to calls Monday to Friday during normal office hours, and additionally the phones are monitored 7 days a week 365 days a year. |
Breakdown Guarantee |
All parts fitted as part of a breakdown will have a 12 month warranty. We guarantee to be able to fix all breakdowns within two hours. If additional time on site is required (on the initial or any subsequent visits) you will not be charged for any time over the two hours. If the engineer arrives on site and diagnoses that the job will take longer than two hours we will prepare an estimate before commencing work. |
