We are able to install boilers in our trading area.

STANDARDS

All boilers are fitted to the highest standards whilst taking great care of your home environment.

We will meet all of the OFTEC and building regulation requirements such as part L. The boiler will be registered with your local authority so that certificates can be dispatched for inclusion in the Home Information Packs.

CONDENSING BOILERS

As of 1st of April 2007 all boilers fitted will be of the high efficiency condensing type, unless your property is exempt.

TANKS

We also operate a network of OFTEC approved contractors who can replace your tank. They are able to dispose of the old tank, fit the new one to current regulations and move any oil from your old to your new tank.
