Engineer Servicing Boiler

We aim to respond to breakdowns by the next working day. The highest priority being given to Gold service plan customers. Breakdowns can be logged with our office during working hours from Monday to Friday. Additionally, a mail based voice system operates outside of working hours to prioritise breakdowns. The voice-mail is monitored at weekends and bank holidays by a duty manager.

Breakdown Guarantee

  • All parts fitted as a part of a breakdown will have a 12 month warranty except for nozzles
  • We endevour to be able to fix breakdowns within two hours. If additional time on site is required, you will not be charged for more than two hours labour.
  • Jobs initially diagnosed as taking longer than two hours will have an estimate prepared and agreed before work commences.
