Contract and Service Plans
Gold Plan
Many people prefer the worry-free option of our Gold Plan, covering all the servicing and maintenance costs associated with their boiler. Our Gold Plan covers all these costs throughout the year to give complete peace of mind. It includes:-
- Full parts and labour cover in the event of breakdown.
- The annual boiler service and parts.
- Highest priority for receiving an engineer in the event of a breakdown.
Silver Plan
Even the best appliances may experience problems between routine services. Many problems are relatively simple to rectify, but the biggest cost factor is the engineer call-out charge. Our Silver Plan addresses this as it includes:-
- Breakdown visit charged at time on site only.
- The annual boiler service.
Bronze Service
Our Bronze service provides an important annual boiler maintenance check, dramatically reducing the risk of unforseen problems and breakdowns. It includes:-
- A thorough safety check and service of your boiler.
- Cleaning of the combustion chamber and burner mechanisms.
- A combustion efficiency test.
- Priorty in receiving an engineer in the event of a breakdown.
Cooker Service
Your oil cooker needs servicing regularly, just like your boiler. With this service you can be sure that your cooker is working efficiently and safely. It includes:-
- A safety check and service.
- Cleaning of the combustion chamber and burner mechanism.
- Priority in receiving an engineer in the event of a breakdown.
